Saturday's Association - NBA bets I like

What is it that we likey today?

Denver Nuggets Pick'em at Orlando Magic
The Nugs have been on fire recently, and the 'lando magic have not been. Magic have lost 5 in a row, including the last 2 at home, and the Nuggets are on a 3 game winning streak. The nuggets appear to be finding their offensive stroke, averaging 104 pts per game in their last 5, after averaging less than 98 in their entire season before. Take the Melos.

Phoenix Suns +3.5 at LA Clippers
Suns are absolutely on fire, winning 9 games in a row (and 6-3 ATS in those 9). On the road, they are 4-1, and 5-0 ATS. Clips have won 3 in a row, and are a good home team, but the Suns are even better on the road. Finally, Corey Maggette is doubtful for this game. Take the Suns and the points, and maybe even money-line it.

PHI 76ers at NJ Nets Over 196
On the road, the 76ers are a poor defensive team, giving up 105 pts per game. The NETS are decent at home, giving up 95 pts per game. But the most important stat I've found is O/U on days of rest. Teams that are tired will generally give up more points (on the premise that defense is harder to play than offense, and more tiresome). Both Philly and NJ played last night, and combined these 2 teams are 7-2 Over on 0 days of rest. On 0 days of rest, Philly's defensive gives up almost 111 points per game, and NJ gives up over 96 points per game. This is a special of mine.

Bet it with me. What you think?

My favorite online gambling sites are Bet365 and Pinnacle Sports:

Love your Suns pick, dislike the other two. Good luck though.

BTW -- Love your blog. You're bookmarked.

Thanks anon. Looking forward to more comments from you and others here...

On another note, got worked on the nuggets tonights. Took down the eastern-conf over, but the Suns are not performing, giving up ridiculous points to the clips now. We'll see....
